As a Logistics & Shipping Executive at Taner Industrial Technology, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of export shipments, including coordinating with suppliers, arranging transportation, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end export shipment activities, including coordinating with suppliers, arranging transportation, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to the sales and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable export regulations and customs requirements.
• Provide logistical support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and managing customer inquiries.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics and shipping operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and shipping, with a focus on international freight operations.
• Proficient in using logistics and shipping management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, including IMO, IMDG, and other relevant codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
