📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover receivables from delinquent customers
• Engage with customers to negotiate settlements and recover outstanding amounts
• Monitor and analyze receivable accounts to identify trends and patterns
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments
• Stay updated with financial regulations and industry best practices
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or a similar role
• Proven track record of success in managing receivables
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
