📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute export-import transactions, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including but not limited to, Incoterms, trade licenses, and customs procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Monitor and analyze trade performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Assist in the preparation of trade reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support to the trade compliance team in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Participate in trade missions and industry events to strengthen business relationships and market presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline trade processes and drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the agribusiness sector.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, including Incoterms, trade licenses, and customs procedures.
• Strong knowledge of trade software and tools, such as SAP, TradeVista, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze trade performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
