📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain optimal water quality parameters, including temperature, salinity, pH, and dissolved oxygen, using advanced monitoring systems such as AquaMetrix and YSI ProPlus.
• Feed and manage shrimp post-larvae, ensuring proper nutrition and growth rates.
• Conduct regular health checks and disease surveillance, implementing preventive measures to maintain high standards of shrimp health.
• Record and analyze daily production data, including growth rates, feed conversion ratios, and mortality rates, using software like Excel and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with the team to implement biosecurity protocols and prevent disease outbreaks.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of routine hatchery maintenance tasks, including cleaning, equipment checks, and repairs.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in shrimp aquaculture.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing hatchery operations and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shrimp post-larvae management or related aquaculture roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, or a related field.
• Certification in Aquaculture Management or related fields is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of shrimp biology, nutrition, and disease management.
• Proficiency in using aquaculture monitoring and management software, including AquaMetrix, YSI ProPlus, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with biosecurity protocols and disease prevention measures.
