📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
• Help maintain employee records using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating team-building activities and company events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and filing.
• Learn and understand company policies and procedures related to HR.
• Assist in employee engagement activities, such as surveys and feedback sessions.
• Help with HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Indonesian.
