📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models of industrial facilities using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Construction Modeling Viewer (ACMV).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date BIM models.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate seamless integration of BIM models into the construction process.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and address potential conflicts in the BIM models.
• Generate reports and documentation to support project decision-making and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in BIM modeling.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of BIM tools and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Construction Modeling Viewer (ACMV).
• Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in BIM models.
