📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing construction projects from start to finish,Ensuring all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies,Managing and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers,Conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met,Preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports,Assisting in the development and implementation of project schedules,Providing technical support and advice to project teams,Ensuring compliance with environmental and sustainability standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using construction management software,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles,Familiarity with local regulations and building codes
