Design and execute comprehensive test plans for power electronic components and systems,Develop and maintain test procedures and documentation,Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability,Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test processes and methodologies,Ensure compliance with quality management systems and certifications🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in power electronics testing and quality assurance,Strong knowledge of power electronic components, circuits, and systems,Proficiency in test equipment and software tools,Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, etc.),Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork abilities,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment🛠️ Keahlian
