📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to company revenue growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
