Local Plus Indonesia is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Crew Outlet to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our outlet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet,Ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised according to company standards,Assist in stock control and inventory management,Provide excellent customer service to both customers and colleagues,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members,Participate in store meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software,Ability to lift and move heavy objects,High school diploma or equivalent
