📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the shipping fleet, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and port calls to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Monitor vessel performance and maintenance, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Manage and mentor junior captains and crew members.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including logs, reports, and maintenance schedules.,Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited Tonnage) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and local language.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Experience with ECDIS and other modern navigation systems.
