In this role, you will be responsible for managing our payroll and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. This position is based in Bali, with the flexibility to work from any of our locations: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the entire payroll process, including processing salaries, bonuses, and other compensation payments.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Calculate and process employee benefits, such as health insurance, provident fund, and other perks.
  • Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports to the relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and other financial reports.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team on payroll-related matters.
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
