📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and expenses.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
