As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet, from maintenance to scheduling.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and safe transportation.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Handle any vehicle-related emergencies or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
