📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor new employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Organize store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Driving license is a plus.
