📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and engage potential buyers and sellers through various marketing channels.,Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.,Facilitate successful real estate transactions by negotiating deals and closing sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.,Conduct property viewings, inspections, and market research to support sales efforts.,Stay updated on local and global real estate market trends and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.,Familiarity with real estate software and tools is a plus.
