Warung Bimo Laundry is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, and leading a team of chefs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.,Leading and mentoring a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.,Developing and implementing new menu items and recipes, based on customer feedback and market trends.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.,Managing the kitchen budget, including ordering and purchasing ingredients, and ensuring that costs are kept in line with the company's financial goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of chefs.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian culinary culture and trends is a plus.
