Toko Joko Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Lead Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services and maintaining the safety and efficiency of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize cost efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to fleet management.,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
