LAMANSUA Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. This position offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 13.000.000 to Rp 21.000.000 per month. As the Lead Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Oversee the processing of payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.,Manage and maintain accounting records and ensure the accuracy of financial data.,Prepare and review budgets and forecasts for the company.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
