📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing day-to-day operations of a specific department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Managing and supervising a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and plans to meet company objectives.,Monitoring departmental performance and ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Facilitating team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.,Identifying and addressing any operational or staffing issues within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or related discipline).,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
