📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Plan and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with mechanics and vendors.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Track vehicle usage and performance, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified, and that they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Resolve any issues or conflicts related to the fleet, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license, preferably with a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
