📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online store to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.,Analyze market trends and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.,Monitor website performance and user experience to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.,Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.,Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a similar role.,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using data analytics tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
