🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics or CRM.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
