📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and negotiate contracts and proposals to secure new business.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular business development reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive the growth of our IT outsourcing services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT outsourcing.
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences and events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in securing new business and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia.
