📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in customer service by handling inquiries and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a pleasant environment for customers and colleagues.,Support the crew in preparing and delivering banking products and services to customers.,Assist in maintaining records and reports to ensure compliance with banking regulations.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, polite, and professional in all interactions.,Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of banking services and processes.,Assist in training new employees and providing guidance to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and plans for the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking-related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
