📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in Balinese language and culture, incorporating traditional Balinese texts, songs, and stories.
• Create and implement a curriculum that integrates Balinese language learning with cultural enrichment activities.
• Conduct cultural workshops and events that highlight the rich heritage of Bali, such as traditional dance performances, art exhibitions, and culinary demonstrations.
• Assist in organizing and participating in cultural exchanges and community outreach programs to promote Balinese culture.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.
• Use educational technology and software, such as Google Classroom and Edmodo, to enhance the learning experience and facilitate student engagement.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in language and cultural education.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates the diversity of Balinese culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Balinese Language, Education, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Certification in Balinese Language teaching or a proven track record of teaching Balinese Language to students of various ages.
• Strong knowledge of Balinese culture, traditions, and history, with the ability to integrate cultural elements into language lessons.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Balinese.
• Experience in using educational technology and software to enhance the learning experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and staff.
• Passion for preserving and promoting Balinese culture and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Valid teaching license or certification in Indonesia, or the willingness to obtain one.
